CONCEPT SKETCH
The concept sketch is the first key in our design process—translating references and ideas into clear, discussable forms. Using material, proportion, and wearability as constraints, we iterate fast to establish silhouette, layering, negative space, setting positions, and light flow—so the piece carries brand identity and manufacturing feasibility from day one.
What you receive
2–3 sketch directions (front/side/top) with dimensions and notes
Structural highlights: center-stone height, prong/bezel options, flow lines & open areas
Feasibility review: minimum thickness, stress points, ajour openings, polishing access
Rapid feedback loop: refinements within 24–48h to confirm the final direction

After approval, we move seamlessly into CAD modeling and technical drawings to lock structure, materials, and production details.
3D MODELING
From approved sketches to production-ready CAD. We build a precise digital model that captures the intent—and survives the bench.
What we do
Construct watertight solids with correct proportions, tolerances, and wall thickness for fine jewellery (e.g., shanks, galleries, under-bridge).
Engineer settings: prong/bezel geometry, seat angles, pavé layouts, azures/ajours, and stone spacing for your exact melee map.
Apply manufacturing logic: draft/relief for casting, fillets/chamfers, polish access, support for sprues and finishing.
Create size variants and parametric controls where needed (shank width, stone size, head height).
Deliverables
Native CAD (Rhino/MatrixGold/Blender as required) and STL/OBJ for print, plus STEP on request.
Orthographic views with key dimensions, and quick viewport/ray-trace previews for review.
Optional exploded views for quality control and stone-setting instructions.
Why it matters
Fewer revisions at the bench, cleaner casts, and consistent stone fit—so what you approve on screen is what arrives from the caster.
RENDERING & PRESENTATION
Photoreal visuals that sell the idea before the first metal is cast. We translate the CAD into brand-ready imagery and decks that make decisions easy for buyers, marketing, and retail.
What we do
Calibrated metal/stone shaders (YG/WG/RG/PT, diamond & colored stones) with studio lighting that reveals edge flow and pattern depth.
Consistent camera system (focal length, angle, scale) across colorways and sizes for clean comparison.
Scene variations: white-background e-comm, brand texture backplates, lifestyle crops, and turntable clips.
Presentation design: one-page sell sheets and short pitch decks with specs, colorways, and pricing placeholders.
Deliverables
4K stills (PNG/WebP) and 1080p/4K turntables (MP4/GIF).
Web-optimised assets for Shopify/WordPress, plus print-ready versions on request.
Optional GLB/USDC exports for interactive 3D/AR.
